We can ship our products to the UK and All global countries.packages will be shiped from China, our factory and warehouse in China.

Delivery Times= Order Processing Time+Shipping Time

• Shipping Time: Generally, shipments are in transit for 3-13 business days. However, due to our inability to control the transportation, the arrival time will be different according to the actual situation.

Basically, the freight is determined by the weight and size of the packages, shipping destinations and the shipping options.

Shipping methods
We provide two shipping methods,Standard method about 7-13 business Days and Expedited method about 3-6 business Days.

Tax: You don't need to pay extra taxes, all product prices on our site already include taxes and fees, what you see is the actual price you need to pay, excluding shipping costs.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@furniturecover.co.uk. If your return is accepted, you will be required to pay the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important Information

As we cannot resell products, the environmental footprint of shipping returns back to us is unnecessary (and goes against our values as a business). Instead, we encourage customers who have ordered the wrong size to accept a replacement cover sent to them. Our focus is getting you the product you really want.

We kindly ask customers who have replacements sent to them to recycle locally, donate to charity, upcycle the material or give to a friend.
